Oceanfront Developer - Casey Shroff
During his 24-year career at Accenture, retired partner Casey Shroff gained significant experience managing large scale complex projects, ensuring that the projects were delivered on-time with quality and within budget. The Hoffman Group sold $450 million in condos in 2005 and is on track to achieve its goal of $500 million this year. David Hoffman, former owner of Hoffman Group who will remain at the helm as CEO, feels that the addition of Casey's energy, as well as operational, technical and financial expertise, will help this company meet this goal. The company, which has 40 agents and 20 staff members, is looking to expand as it invests in CRM and Web-based technology, another natural fit for Casey. But when you ask Casey about his new company's assets, he quickly tells you that when you buy a service company such as The Hoffman Group, the assets are the employees.
