Billed as Myrtle Beach’s only theme resort, the new construction Camelot-By-The-Sea, located oceanfront at 20th Avenue North, opened April 2001. Featuring inspired architecture, Camelot plays on its theme with floorplan names that include Gweniviere and Lancelot suites, King Arthur two-bedroom villas, and Excalibur three-bedroom villas. The project also benefits from the 21st Avenue P.U.D. (Planned Unit Development) that features a 100' wide oceanfront park and pedestrian-friendly bench-lined streetscapes with sidewalk cafes.
